Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Spine Medical Device industry and related training roles.
• 3+ years supporting Spine Enabling Technologies in OR settings is preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end training programs with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of global education programs aligned with commercial strategy.
• Collaborate with US Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Professional Education to build training plans.
• Accelerate sales readiness by teaching spine anatomy, procedures, and portfolio applications.
• Assess learner competency, track completion, and certify field members per curriculum.
