Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, including DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Specialist, Field Education and Sales Enablement (Spine) – Core & Enabling Technologies in Raynham, MA to deliver hands-on clinical and technical training for the Spine portfolio. The role supports field sales training and cross-functional initiatives, with possible remote work within the United States.

The position emphasizes teaching, coaching, and adult learning, collaborating with Commercial, Professional, Marketing, and Sales

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
At least 2 years Spine Medical Device Sales experience in OR.
At least 1 year clinical experience using Spine Enabling Technologies in OR.
Remote work eligibility nationwide within the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on training across core portfolio and enabling technology trainings in clinical and non-clinical settings.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners to execute training plans meeting business objectives.
Facilitate didactic and hands-on sessions per approved strategies.
Help learners build foundational knowledge of spine anatomy, procedures, and products.
Track learner participation and maintain readiness documentation.
