Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Manager, Commercial Education (Spine) to lead the design and delivery of education strategies across the Spine portfolio, including Core & Enabling Technologies such as Velys Spine Robotics. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Professional Education to ensure effective training for field teams and distributors.

The role supports internal customers through hands-on training in spine anatomy, procedures, and portfolio components, driving adoption

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Spine Medical Device industry.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and managing end-to-end learning initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and execution of global education and training programs aligned with commercial and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to build and execute training plans that support internal field sales learning needs.
• Accelerate internal sales readiness and application of spine anatomy, procedures, and selling skills.
