Qualifikationen

• Req Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.

Aufgaben

• Answers telephones and greets patients, handling patient inquiries professionally.
• Verify insurance benefits and prepare charts for clinic visits.
• Coordinate referrals and obtain authorizations for diagnostic testing as ordered by Spine Center providers.
• Enter patient demographics and visit data into Cerner/PBAR systems with accuracy.
• Assist in scheduling and notifying patients of upcoming appointments; coordinate clinic flow and coordination with multiple specialties.
