Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) per IDFPR.
• BLS certification within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history and integrates information from patients, family, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology using applicable materials and instruments.
• Develops and implements a plan of care with measurable goals in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Interprets information to develop a treatment plan and recommendations for intervention.
• Educates patients and caregivers on home programs and activities.
