A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered. The position requires a Master’s Degree in a related field, state licensure as an SLP, and BLS within 30 days, with ongoing continuing education related to acute stroke care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with state licensure.
• BLS certification within 30 days.
• Attend and satisfactorily complete continuing education for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history and integrates information from patients, families, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Develops and implements a care plan with measurable goals and coordinates with care team.
• Interprets information to develop treatment plans and recommendations.
