Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, serving as a clinical resource for staff and students. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in a related field, licensure as an SLP, and Basic Life Support within 30 days. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate with other therapists.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or related field.
• Demonstrates ability to assess and treat speech-language disorders.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates information from patients, families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Develops and implements a setting-appropriate plan of care with measurable goals.
• Interprets and synthesizes information to develop an effective treatment plan.
