Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois or eligible.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates input from patient, family, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology and selects appropriate materials.
• Develops and implements a measurable care plan in collaboration with patient and family.
• Interprets information to develop a treatment plan and provide recommendations.
