Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing (IDFPR).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history and integrates information from patients and caregivers.
• Conducts speech and language pathology assessments and selects appropriate materials.
• Develops and implements a measurable care plan and coordinates with related professionals.
• Completes documentation in the therapy EMR and adheres to clinical ladder requirements.
