Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Estero, FL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy for patients.

Must hold an MS/MA in SLP, be ASHA CCCs eligible or pursuing CFY, and maintain active state licensure; CPR certification required. One year of experience is preferred; new grads are welcome to apply. Multidisciplinary collaboration and accurate charting are essential.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility and/or meeting ASHA credentialing criteria.
• Active license in good standing in the applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify functional therapy goals.
• Oversee CFYs as applicable (SLP CFY/CCC).
• Follow speech therapy treatment plans under supervising SLP CCC.
• Document correctly and timely in patient records.
• Utilize therapy software and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Adhere to safety, attendance, and professional conduct policies.
