Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide direct rehab care in speech therapy upon physician referral. Requires MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and active state licensure. New grads welcome; CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

In this role you will participate in community health matters, liaise with patients and families, and ensure compliance with laws and Life Care standards. Strong documentation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility; maintain ASHA credentialing.
• Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state and maintain active status.

Responsibilities

• Establish, assess, and modify goals for patients.
• Chart appropriately and timely documentation.
• Use therapy software accurately and effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
