Job summary

The role requires a graduate degree in speech-language pathology (MS/MA), active state licensure, and ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility; new grads welcome. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and email, strong teamwork, and a commitment to patient rights and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility for certification.
• Active state licensure in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters/projects as appropriate.
• Liaises with patients, families, and departments to plan patient needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
• Follow Code of Conduct and compliance training.
• Establish and modify goals for patient care.
• Supervise CFYs when applicable.
• Chart accurately and timely.
