Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide direct speech therapy to patients per physician referral. You will assess, plan, and deliver rehab services within regulatory standards and Life Care guidelines.

Eligible candidates include those with MS/MA in SLP, ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility, and current licensure. CPR is required on hire and kept current; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• MS or MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs OR eligible for CFY to earn CCCs and maintain credentialing.
• Currently licensed in the applicable State and maintain active licensure.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct rehab services in speech-language pathology per physician referral.
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy aligned with regulations and Life Care standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care.
• Document accurately in therapy records and progress notes.
