Job summary

Qualifications

• MS/MA in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for CFY to earn CCCs and maintain credentialing.
• Current state licensure in good standing and active throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable goals for patients.
• Oversee and evaluate care for CFYs when applicable.
• Follow treatment plans and document under supervising SLP CCC.
• Charter timely and accurate charting; use therapy software properly.
