Responsibilities

• Establish, assess, and modify functional goals for patients.
• Oversee and evaluate CFYs if applicable.
• Follow treatment plans under supervising SLP CCC and regulatory guidelines.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in charts.
• Utilize therapy software and communicate effectively with team.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
