Job summary

This opportunity offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and requires a Master’s Degree with an active SLP license and BLS within 30 days, plus ongoing continuing education in acute stroke care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in IDFPR
• BLS within 30 days - American Heart Association
• Attend and satisfactorily complete continuing education for acute stroke care.

Responsibilities

• Collects case history information and integrates information from patients, family, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Conducts assessment procedures for speech and language pathology.
• Develops and implements a setting-appropriate plan of care with measurable goals.
• Interprets, integrates, and synthesizes information to develop a treatment plan.
