Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. You will perform evaluations, create personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and overall wellness.

You will document progress in EMR, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.

Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, current CPR certification, and ASHA CCC.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
• Physical ability to perform in-home care, including lifting, repositioning patients, and driving.
