Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services in Illinois is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and senior living care, with options for virtual visits.

You will deliver one-on-one therapy to older adults, develop care plans, document in EMRs, and collaborate with PTs, OTs, and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.

This role supports telehealth services to extend access and flexibility for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech Language Pathology.
• Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Proficiency with computers and EMR systems.
• CPR certification and ASHA CCC.
