Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide personalized, one-on-one care for older adults in private residences and senior living communities in New Jersey.

This role focuses on mobility, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based therapy, with flex scheduling and opportunities for virtual care when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Proficiency in computer and EMR use.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized care plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions and document in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and caregivers.
• Utilize telehealth when appropriate.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Must meet physical demands of in-home care, including lifting, repositioning, and driving.
