Job summary

MEP Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver personalized evaluations and therapy to older adults in private homes and senior living communities.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, and educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place, with opportunities to use telehealth for flexible care delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, CPR certification, and ASHA CCC credential.
• Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and driving between locations.

Qualifications & Skills
