Role:

Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy to older adults in various settings, perform evaluations, develop individualized care plans, deliver evidence-based treatments, document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and incorporate telehealth when appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or eligibility in-state, degree from accredited program, proficiency in computer and EMR systems, CPR certification, and ASHA CCC.

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication, ability to work independently, adaptability, physical ability to perform care activities, and competence in providing community-based and virtual care.
