Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks and specify trench drain solutions across civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the US. The role aims to establish our trench drain products as design basis, driving growth through targeted specifications.

Territory covers South Central regions; heavy travel (50-75%) is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specification business development within the plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specification and driving product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key engineers across the US.
• Promote Siteworks products and position as basis of design.
• Deliver technical seminars, lunch-and-learns, and on-site trainings.
• Review drawings and specifications for opportunities.
• Collaborate with reps and sales teams to maximize penetration.
• Manage CRM interactions and pipeline; track opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and report feedback to leadership.
