Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the United States. The primary objective is to establish our trench drain solutions as a basis of design within engineering specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development within the plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specification and drive product adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Promote Siteworks product lines including trench drains and interceptor systems; deliver technical seminars and trainings.
• Position Zurn Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications for various applications.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration and provide technical guidance.
