Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers nationwide. The primary objective is to establish Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth.

You will build relationships, deliver technical presentations and collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in specification business development within the plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specification and driving product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex product information.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with engineers, specifiers, and design professionals to influence product selection for site projects.
• Educate engineers on the features, benefits, and applications of the Siteworks product lines including trench and interceptors.
