The role aims to establish Siteworks as the basis of design in engineering specifications, driving market penetration and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of specification business development experience in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude with communication of complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications.
• Position Zurn Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications.
• Collaborate with sales reps and manufacturer reps to maximize penetration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external partners.
• Manage CRM to document interactions and track opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product management.
