Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation seeks a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the Southwest US. The role targets establishing Siteworks as the design basis and driving growth across commercial, industrial, municipal, and site projects.

You will educate engineers on product benefits, deliver lunches, seminars, and trainings, and collaborate with reps to maximize market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications.
• Proactively position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specs.
• Collaborate with sales reps and manufacturer’s reps to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal and external teams.
• Maintain CRM records and track project specifications and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to inform strategy.
