Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions across civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers in the Southwest USA. The role focuses on making Siteworks the basis of design in specifications and driving market penetration.

You will travel extensively (50-75%), build strong engineer relationships, and collaborate with sales teams to expand opportunities and close projects with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years in specification business development within the plumbing industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, specifiers, and design professionals to influence product selection.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications (trench and interceptors).
• Deliver product presentations, seminars, and onsite training to drive awareness and preference.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications for various applications.
• Review project drawings/specifications for product substitution opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
