Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions to civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US. This role focuses on making Siteworks the basis of design in specifications and driving market growth.

The territory is the Southwest; travel up to 75% is required. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years in specification BD within plumbing are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in specification business development in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex product info.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office; willing to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key engineers across the US.
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers and specifiers.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks features, benefits, and applications.
• Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and technical seminars.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specs.
• Collaborate with sales reps and manufacturers to maximize market penetration.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage opportunities.
