Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in specification business development in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specs and promote product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Promote Siteworks products and educate engineers on features and applications.
• Position Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications.
• Collaborate with sales reps and manufacturers reps to maximize market penetration.
• Use CRM to document opportunities and track project specs.
• Monitor market trends via Dodge ConstructConnect and provide feedback.
