Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks among civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site-development engineers across the US. The role aims to establish trench drain solutions as the basis of design in engineering specs, driving market penetration and sales growth.

The candidate will travel 50-75% and work to educate engineers on product features, benefits, and applications, while collaborating with reps and sales

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of specification business development experience in the plumbing industry.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and engage with civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, specifiers, and design professionals.
• Educate engineers on Siteworks product lines, trench and interceptors.
• Deliver product presentations, lunch-and-learns, seminars, and onsite training.
• Position Zurn Siteworks as basis of design in project specifications.
