Job summary

Rhoback is seeking an experienced Specialty Sales Representative to grow premier wholesale accounts nationwide. You will manage an inherited book of business while opening new doors in strategic regional markets.

This remote-friendly role requires building strong buyer relationships, leading line shows, and partnering with Marketing to drive seasonal storytelling and sell-through across the specialty channel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of wholesale sales experience in specialty retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with RepSpark, NuORDER, and retailer portals preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Sell Rhoback’s assortment to premier specialty retailers nationwide.
• Manage inherited accounts and prospect new buyers.
• Lead seasonal line showings and product presentations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to compile seasonal assets that help sell Rhoback products.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in company systems.
