Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in leadership roles and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management aspects, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, customer service, and policy adherence.
• Supervise selling efforts and promote a customer-centric culture to enhance service and engagement.
• Assist in merchandising, stock integrity, and productivity planning with store partners.
• Perform opening/closing duties and adhere to SOPs, safety, and shrink mitigation measures.
• Maintain safety procedures and hazmat guidelines at all times.
