Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail store management.
• Learn staffing, scheduling, stock integrity, and supervisor guidance; resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with Store Manager, ASMs, Home Services, and Pro partners to boost sales and profitability across departments.
• Perform safety compliance tasks and uphold company policies and procedures.
