Responsibilities

50% Training and Preparing for Assistant Manager Position: participate in a structured program covering operations, customer service, sales, and policies.
15% Customer Experience: supervise selling efforts and enhance customer engagement.
15% Sales and Productivity: plan merchandise placement and manage stock integrity.
10% Operations Management: manage opening/close MOD and follow SOPs with safety focus.
10% Safety: enforce hazmat and safety guidelines across the store.
