Job summary

Amgen is hiring for Specialty Representative and Senior Specialty Representative roles in the U.S. Kansas territory. You will be the primary customer contact, delivering clinical knowledge to medical professionals and guiding them through payer considerations while promoting Amgen products.

Remote/hybrid options may be available where applicable. The role emphasizes sales leadership, program delivery, and strong customer interactions to exceed targets and strengthen patient access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience
• OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare or related field (Senior)

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Deliver branded sales messages and programs to achieve territory sales targets
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Partner with colleagues to share best practices and learn from peers
• Demonstrate passion for products throughout the sales cycle and brand maintenance
