Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve as the primary contact to medical professionals, delivering clinical knowledge of Amgen products and navigating the payer environment. The role interfaces with the District Manager to implement marketing strategy and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/clinical experience, with additional Senior level

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications (Specialty Representative): Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience
• Basic Qualifications (Senior Specialty Representative): Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare / scientific field that is not sales related

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals
• Deliver marketing strategy and promote Amgen products
• Lead branded sales messages through programs and engagements
• Develop territory plans with the District Manager
• Build relationships to manage accounts and ensure product access
