Amgen in the United States seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve medical professionals, promote Amgen products, and navigate payer environments. You will implement marketing strategy, build accounts, and lead education programs while meeting territory goals.

The role offers remote and hybrid work options with base salary ranges described, and relocation is not offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with 4+ years of sales experience
• High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of sales experience
• Healthcare/medical field experience is a plus for Senior role

Mansioni

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and communicate clinical benefits to drive appropriate utilization
• Deliver branded sales messages and lead programs to achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement
• Develop relationships to service accounts, tailor discussions to customer needs, and ensure product access and reimbursement
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities and territory plans with the District Manager
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the Specialty Representative role
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products and uphold company values in all interactions
• Support flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid engagements
