• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Lead territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs, and achieving sales targets in-person and virtually.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions tailored to customer needs and ensuring product access.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Specialty Representative.
• Maintain passion for Amgen products throughout the sales cycle and reinforce the brand.
