Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years in pharma/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required.
• Proven track record of success in selling; strong presentation skills; adapts to customer style and provides solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet or exceed goals.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call performance to improve sales.
• Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships for win-win agreements.
• Develop call plans maximizing access and coverage to key customers and opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team to align brand strategy with environment.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition and engage disease state experts and advocates.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field

High school diploma/GED required

5+ years of experience with 3+ years in pharma/health/science industry

Proven track record of selling and strong presentation skills

Influences others and builds collaborative partnerships

Leadership and increased responsibility experience

English language proficiency (verbal/written)

HCIR credentialing requirements compliance

Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening
