Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with healthcare professionals, sharing clinical knowledge and guiding payer navigation. You will promote Amgen products and deliver on a strategic sales plan under the District Manager's leadership.

The role emphasizes relationship building, territory planning, and cross-team collaboration to drive product access and patient value while upholding Amgen's commitment to science-based innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum sales experience required if no degree.
• Experience in healthcare/pharma sales or clinical environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals and navigate payer environments.
• Serve as primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategy and promoting products per District Manager.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and maintain contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy, analyze sales activities, and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales performance while upholding Amgen values.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and strengthen the brand.
