The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent sales/clinical experience, with a focus on building relationships, ensuring product access, and managing reimbursement discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior qualifications include a degree plus 3+ years of sales/clinical experience in healthcare.
• Preferred: product or hospital sales experience across oncology, cardiology, inflammation, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, bone health, respiratory, hematology, infectious diseases.

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales through branded messages, programs, and educational events.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, address reimbursement issues, and maintain product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Uphold Amgen values and demonstrate ethical, collaborative, accountable behavior.
