Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, sharing clinical knowledge of Amgen products and guiding them through complex payer environments.

The role includes implementing marketing strategies, promoting products, and serving patients by maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. You’ll lead territory plans, participate in educational programs, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets in a hybrid US role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to clinicians.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales through planned programs and education.
• Develop accounts and manage contract discussions, access, and reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive sales outcomes.
• Demonstrate passion for products and maintain brand integrity throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and ensure high ethical standards.
