Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required or preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science industry with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to use business tools effectively.
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets for the territory.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluations to improve sales.
• Develop customer relationships and address needs to achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with teams to optimize strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts.
