Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to serve Los Angeles and surrounding Dodgertown, CA. You will provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to physicians and navigate complex payer environments while delivering on our sales strategy.

In this role you will be the primary customer contact, promoting products, developing territory plans with the District Manager, and engaging through in-person and virtual programs to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; alternative: Associate degree with 4+ years in sales.
• High school diploma with 6 years of sales experience is acceptable.
• Senior role may require additional clinical or healthcare experience in sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategies under District Manager guidance.
• Build and manage key accounts, navigate payer environments, and achieve territory sales targets.
• Communicate feedback on marketing strategies and help develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and sustain customer relationships.
