Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to be the primary contact for physicians and medical professionals within a multi-city Los Angeles area. You will promote Amgen products, deliver branded messages, and manage programs aligned with district strategies while navigating payer environments.

The role requires Bachelor’s or equivalent healthcare/sales experience; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree OR
• Associate degree with 4 years of Sales experience OR
• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Promote Amgen products and lead branded sales programs to achieve territory goals.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, ensure product access and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive patient-focused outcomes.
