Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. You will be the primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategy and achieving sales targets in your territory.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with related sales or clinical experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree and 4 years of Sales experience or High school diploma/GED and 6 years of Sales experience.
• Senior qualification requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience, or equivalent combinations.
• Industry knowledge in pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics or related healthcare fields is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen's products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales by delivering branded messages and programs to maximize utilization.
• Develop relationships to manage accounts, ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues.
• Offer feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and uphold Amgen values.
