Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative to engage medical professionals in the Los Angeles area, delivering clinical knowledge and supporting payer navigation.

The role acts as the primary customer contact, implementing marketing strategy under the District Manager and driving branded communications and sales initiatives across in-person and virtual channels, with potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; relevant healthcare experience valued.
• Sales experience in pharma/biotech or related field preferred.
• Ability to communicate clinical information to medical professionals and navigate payer environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products and clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop and manage accounts, ensure product access, and handle reimbursement discussions.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
