The Specialty Sales Representative will travel within their territory to promote infusion capabilities, build relationships with physician offices, and drive referrals while coordinating with operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years in B2B or healthcare sales with proven referrals growth.
• Experience in infusion center, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare market.
• CRM experience to track sales activity and engagement.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90% within territory.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for long-term relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving and learning agility.

Responsabilités

• Identify and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase referrals.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to physicians and office staff.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls per the sales plan.
• Document sales activities in the CRM accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and patient onboarding.

Formation

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
