Job summary

Option Care Health seeks a Specialty Sales Representative to promote infusion capabilities across physician offices in the territory and drive clinic demand where Ambulatory Infusion Clinics exist.

You will travel regionally, build in-person call plans, and partner with operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and referral growth. CRM discipline and adaptability to new therapies are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business-to-business or healthcare sales.
• Experience selling to physicians or referral sources is preferred.
• CRM experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with targeted physician offices and referral sources to increase patient referrals.
• Deliver persuasive and strategic sales presentations to physicians, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to promote infusion services.
• Execute daily face-to-face sales calls and maintain activity levels per the sales plan.
• Document all sales activities in the CRM system in a timely manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure superior customer service.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
