Job summary

The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a Practice Management Coordinator for Specialty Care to provide administrative support, project coordination, meeting prep, SBAR development for intake meetings, and data gathering for provider onboarding and MAP form changes.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the role partners with department chiefs and operations teams to improve clinic efficiency, manage HR documentation, and coordinate scheduling and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience creating presentations for professional and executive audiences.
• Proven project management experience.
• Strong data gathering and analytical ability.
• Collaborator and ability to establish and maintain positive, professional relationships across teams.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initiatives relating to clinical operations and department priorities, collaborating with operations and health plan staff.
• Develop project plans, provide communications to team members, and maintain organized artifacts and documentation.
• Gather data, analyze metrics, and prepare presentations and meeting agendas for the operations team and clinical departments.
• Prepare HR forms and documentation for physician allocations (MAP forms) and onboarding.
• Collaborate with scheduling teams to optimize provider and staff schedules and workflows.
